WAZZZZZ UPPPP!! It's your favorite sister back again to very quickly recount the things I remember! I'm sure you're all just missing me so much by this point so hopefully this will bring you some solace in your time of grieving and loss 🙏 Here are some highlights and thoughts for you! ☀️Transferssss!!! I have a new companion! Coming in at 5 months into her mission, she's a Canadian fighting machine, who enjoys long walks in the snow, arm wrestling grizzly bears, and herding moose (meese?) In her free time! Come on down to Enfield sister Keeler!! She's honestly so much fun and has so many great ideas for the area so I'm excited to see how this transfer goes! ☀️Brazilian Steakhouse Lesson?! One of our friends is moving so he took us out for one last lesson and we feasted! God truly answered my prayers because I have been wanting steak for a few weeks! I'm going to miss our friend but he's on track to be baptized in the place he's moving to so we're so happy for him! Mission friendships are so strong! 10/10 ☀️ Miraculous Dinner Appointment 🐞✨️ We had a dinner appointment with a member who allowed my inner iPad kid to fully emerge as he turned on miraculous ladybug (if you know you know)… so much fun!! ☀️Final Zone P-day at the chapel where we painted some Book of Mormons and game day! I continue to be humbled in chair football but one day Messi will be asking for my autograph so just wait and see… also volleyball (USA vs. UN) ☀️Bless our Friends!! One of our friends brought me yarn so my crocheting will be unstoppable now! I have yet to have any yarn on my mission so I'm verrryyy excited to get back into crocheting! ☀️My dad humbled me as I expressed how I thought big Ben would be taller... hence the subject line 😔🙏 Ya’ll… today is 4 months! How?! This transfer we're focusing on patience and I'm excited because I can be pretty impatient when it comes to situations I can't change or when it comes to myself, but one thing I loved this week was talking about how patience is a lifelong process. It is something that will lead to so much success later in life as we take the time to find joy in every situation, even the ones out of our control! I've been studying so much from acts at the moment because sometimes I can truly relate to the apostles and disciples as they were serving their missions and Acts 5:41-42 stood out to me a lot 41 ¶ And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name. 42 And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ. I just loved this so much because it's such a great example of patience through afflictions and how there's always joy to be found if we look towards Jesus Christ! Keep it real, keep it fun, and remember you're so loved! I miss you all so much and I can't wait to share even more stories later! Have a great week ahead and try to be a bit more patient with situations, others, or yourself! I'll be doing it with you!
