As DJ Kalid would say… “Anotha One” Another week has gone by and I am shocked! It’s such an amazing time and the work is truly going so fast right now! There is so much to do each day but I love the fast pace and I wouldn't have it any other way! Now onto the highlights ☀️p-day in China Town! We rode bikes all around London again (10/10) and stopped by so many fun places! We saw Buckingham Palace, saw some birds at a river, and went to China town to get some food and fluffy pancakes which is a must! ☀️My last exchanges with Sister Macababayao! It was so much fun and she is such a missionary powerhouse! Im sure if she put her mind to it, she would could teach the whole world the gospel in 2 weeks! We also got to have fun finding where we met some really amazing people and had someone yelling “MORMONS” at us while we were talking to someone! Very funny (9.26/10) ☀️We painted A member's house and he made us a great dinner and we got to listen to the mamma Mia soundtrack and musicals which he just so happen to be playing… so weird how that happened 🤔 ☀️Lessons, lessons, lessons! We are teaching so many people right now and they are all so amazing and I'm excited to see how they continue to grow in their faith! If anything, I'm just so happy to know that they will always remember there's a place they can turn to for peace which is the saviour Jesus Christ! ☀️It's transfer week and I hope you're hungry….for nothing! I'm staying in Enfield so they can't get rid of my just yeat but I will not complain because this truly is my home and family now! I know this is a place and people I will never forget and strive to return to see them all again! I'm grateful I have 6 more weeks to love them even more! I will be getting a new companion though so get ready for sister Keerler to make some appearances and my wonderful first comp, sister Wilkinson, is moving to the far land of the room next door… She's moving to the other enfield sister area as a sister training leader so we'll still be living together in the 4 sister flat! ☀️We had a great time at one of our friends house and they told us all about where they're from and how they have a mascot called Jojo the dolphin who swims up to people and takes them for rides around the water! You can also ride pigs?! I will be relocating there someday ✌️ ️Last but certainly not least, we had an apostle visit the mission! Neil L. Anderson spoke with the whole mission on Saturday so we got to hear from him and shake his hand! Honestly, shaking his hand was underwhelming because surprise, it just felt like a normal handshake, but when he was speaking, I truly felt and believe that he is called of God to testify of Jesus Christ. He was saying things that directly answered questions I had been praying about and when he testified of Jesus Christ, the spirit was so strong! The roles of the prophets and apostles are to share the messages God has for us to hear but their main responsibility will always be to testify of Jesus Christ and witness that He lives! The invitation that was extended to the mission was to find 5 scriptures from the New Testament and the Book of Mormon that we believe with all our hearts is true and to commit them to memory! There are some scriptures that have just pierced my soul such as John 14:18 18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. I know that it is true! I would like to encourage everyone as we prepare for conference soon, to accept this invitation as well to find scriptures that you know are true about Jesus Christ and write them in your soul to strengthen your foundations! I know that there is so much power in the words of God because it comes from a powerful Father in Heaven who invites us to learn more every time we read! Love you all so much and I hope you have a fantabulous week ahead with so much fun and joy!
