April 21-28

Well…they finally kicked me out of Enfield… but Bracknell here I come! (If you're asking where in the world bracknell is, don't worry, I am too). I'm going to miss Enfield so much, it's truly become my home and family but this will not be my last time here and I'm excited to have some new experiences! This week was absolutely crazy though but it was so amazing! ☀️Exploration P-day! We spend the whole morning deep cleaning the flat and then we trekked off into the fields and forests of Enfield where we stumbled across a wild ice cream stand where we just had to partake. We also found a random rope swing so very cool! ☀️Went to our friend Cornelia's house and we had a member join us! It was so special and her daughter andrea drew us pictures of Jesus which is so sweet! We also went to visit our friend Friday who's going to be baptized may 18th! He's so cool and he got me a little Jesus to take with me 🥹 ☀️The radio Joke has come back in its full glory and will continue to be the funniest joke ever told! (If you don't know, ask Buddy Russell) ☀️TEMPLE TRIP! We got to go with one of the new members on Saturday as he went through the temple for the first time and it was so amazing! I'm so grateful for the time I got to spend there and if you haven't been recently, you should plan to go! ☀️Sunday Goodbyes… 5 months in the making! I'm going to miss my Enfield family so much! I got to bear my testimony and say goodbye to all of my amazing friends and the wonderful members! I'm refusing to let them get rid of me though so I will plan to be back one day and see them all again! I cannot express how much joy I've felt in my time here and I know that Enfield will continue blessing so many missionaries with their love and kindness! One thing I loved from my studies this week is the parable of the 10 virgins! One thing I realized this time that I never noticed before is that even though the wise couldn't share their oil, they immediately told the others where they could go to get some! We cannot give our testimonies to others, but we can always share the sources and places in where we built them! As we share our light with others, we can strengthen our own conversion while also guiding others! Love you all soooo much and I hope you have a fantabulous week! Stay tuned for the Bracknell Diaries Climb a tree, Sister Russell
