To Tired for a Title - Happy Turkey Day Oh, hello there 👋😐 Wait… You want an Email, from little ole me?? But of course 👉🫨👈 I shall begin for real now! Welcome back to my weekly ramble and the only form of a journal I keep! Thank you all for keeping me accountable for the documentation of my mission! Daily Breakdown 💃🎶 ☀️ Monday ☀️ Tuesday ☀️ Wednesday ☀️ Thursday ☀️ Friday ☀️ Saturday ☀️ Sunday (In-case you frogot 🐸).... Thank you for reading my email this week! God speed 🙌 😌 Just kidding, I just have a lot of time this morning so you can disregard the whole first part of this email because it was mostly just for my own entertainment as I wait for sister Bird in her appointment. For real now ☀️ Monday was so much fun! We got together with the district and went to China town in London! Went to the transport museum gift shop (the main museum was way to expensive) and then started our drive home only to discover one of the sisters forgot her phone so we drove all the way back into the City to go get it! It was found, all was resolved, and then we fast and furious style, rushed back to the flat to finish up the day. ☀️ Tuesday we got to go to, you guessed it, LONDON! I once again battled through the traffic and narrow streets to make it to an appointment we had! Fun road trips and that's about it! What more do you want from me? ☀️ Wednesday was spectacular! We got to have exchanges so sister Wonsawang joined me in Farnborough for the day and we got to have a mini thanksgiving when I made some mac and cheese with some rolls. We also went to a member's house and got to hear about how she used to ride elephants and ostriches… crazy stuff! Even crazier when sister Wonsawang Said she also has ridden an elephant as well as a Buffalo. I guess I've been slacking in the riding random Animal department but I will catch up. I'm thinking a whale would be cool. 🐳 ☀️ HAPPY TURKEY DAY 🦃 🥧 Its thanksgiving and I got to learn that when under pressure, to represent my home country, I can make and entire Thanksgiving dinner (substituting the turkey for the chicken of course because we broke). We pulled up to our district meeting though with roast chicken and potatoes, mac and cheese, rolls, and mince pies… God bless America 🇺🇸 ☀️Friday we had another in person lesson with Matthew who is so cool! He's already read all of Nephi and is working on Jacob! We left that appointment and went straight out finding and got to have some fun finding adventures and stories as the first man we talk to (probably in his 40s), says “NO 🖐😠, I'm good.” Which would've been fine had he not then immediately turn around and produce an earth shaking fart directly at us… Yes you read that right, and feel free to read it again if you'd like. There were just no words to be said and we just carried on our way. We got to have dinner with the Hobbs family though which was so much fun and traded around a lot of mission stories! ☀️Saturday! 3 hrs of finding which is always great and we had such a miracle where we called a follow up who was taught 1 year ago and he was talking about how much he missed the missionary discussions and church and how he is now ready to be baptized!! Please say mighty prayers for Mohammed that everything will work out for him! Dinner with the morgans of course and we had costco pizza, oatmeal pie, and then played a game which had I gambled on, I would have to sell one of my kidneys. I've learned to never take chances. ☀️ Sunday was church (surprise, I know). All of of friends came down with some sickness so they weren't able to make it which is so sad but stay tuned for the miracles of next week! We had a great conversation with a woman on the street named Mary and had a chance to pray with her which was really special! She was going through a lot of hard times so we read 2 Nephi 2:1-2 with her! Also, the previously mentioned Hobb family remembered in our dinner conversation on Friday that our flat was lacking a Christmas tree and so they surprised us and brought us on with ornaments! It truly feels like Christmas now 🙏😊 Okay, I'm almost done! Just want to say that I love you all so much and don't forget how great your worth is! Have a great week! Happy Easter everyone!!!! Alrighty folks this is going to be a crazy one… or is it…. You decide 🫵 ☀️P-day in Hyde park which is always good! 10/10 good walk and saw some really big trees as well as a really cool rock! (District Leader is upset that we have the statue of Liberty and they just have a rock but I feel like it makes sense) ☀️Interviews on chewsday which is always so good! Sister Keeler and I got to tackle the trains and tubes together as we navigated into London and we made it there in one piece (not a reference) which is good! We finished the day with a DA at sister Lee's house where we learned so much about living off the land and got some chocolate eggs! ☀️I got to watch sister keeler get snap, crackle, popped by a chiropractor which was one of my favorite things to witness! ☀️ Weekly planning in a café and tracking down some friends but we have this amazing friend Friday who went MIA, turns out he left his phone on a bus so it was gone for the week. You just got a letter, you just got a letter, you just got a letter, I wonder who it's from! A cracked out sister missionary in England that's who. It's been a great week here so let me begin the recount so you can have your weekly view into my mind (good luck)! ☀️P-day at the Park!!! We got to get in touch with our inner 12 year olds and play a bunch of group games as a district and run around the park before we somehow, unbeknownst to us, ended up in front of the ice-cream shop! So we really just had to stop in and grab a sundae… ☀️ ZONE CONFERENCE! Just so so good! We had So many amazing lessons and I really loved getting to see everyone again! ☀️We got to do some planning at the park and I finally got some watermelon with salt! Literally the best way to eat watermelon and don't hate until you've tried it! ☀️ We've been able to visit with some friends this week either for meals or at their homes and it has been so much fun!
