Feb 23-March 2

Here's another email for you goblins. I'm gonna speak again and this is going to be the only way I will write my emails for the rest of my mission because I'm sick of typing 🙏🥹

☀️On Monday, we went with the other Stevenage sisters to a buffet and it was as the kids say delectable. It was fun and then we came back home and I laid under the desk until it was time to get back to work.

☀️On Tuesday, we had the coolest contact with a referral who we haven't been able to get in touch with because this poor man kept typing in his number wrong. We found him and he is so excited to be able to start a new chapter in his life. We then had dinner with some of the members who were so cool and gave us some excellent door knocking strategies and approaches. The people in Stevenage aren't ready ✊🫨

☀️Wednesday was Zone Conference and Elder Adjukitus came to be there. He led such an amazing discussion and we were so happy that we were able to make it in spite of the 25 MINUTE WAIT IN TRAFFIC AT A SINGLE ROUNDABOUT 0.2 MILES FROM THE CHURCH. Keep in mind we would have been 30 minutes earlier but we got there with 5 minutes to spare. Very informative and instructive meeting though 10/10.

☀️We finally got the front tire of the car fixed on Thursday, which meant we got to do 2 hours of finding in Stevenage, very fun. We met this really cool kid who lives in a different area but he looked up the church and is getting in contact with the missionaries in his area because he needs answers. We also had empanadas at the Mendoza's. It was so much fun and we got to talk a lot…

… about sister Keeler's plans for after the mission 💍😏🍼

☀️Friday was pure Chaos… that is all

☀️Saturday we got to paint the member's house again. It was so fun and I was once again humbled by the height that I was born with. We ate pizza and played a game of werewolf… I was framed. Finding went hard and another mission story acquired as a woman told us she was not interested and said okay to us leaving her with a card, then very quickly said, motioning to a car, “My son has just pulled up to collect me. I need to go now”. We said no worries of course and as we walked away we jokingly said “imagine it wasn't even her car”... we turned then to see her walk up to the car and then quickly dip behind the bus stop to hide… I give her a tiny wave as she continues to slink further from view. Missions are the best!

☀️Sunday we had so many amazing friends come to church including one that wouldn't even need scaffolding to build the tower of Babel. That man is unreasonably tall. The family came again this time the wife and 3 boys so please keep them in your prayers. Lunch with the Oliveras once again and I learned some new jokes

Why did the computer sneeze?
it had a computer virus…

What does a gamer use to bake?
Ninten-dough…

This is all. I'm tired now and I'm going to call my sister ✌️😐

Wash your hands,
   Sister Russell
