 Repentance

I come before you in sackcloth and ashes to repent of my email last week. I was driving for 3 hours that day and did not have the time to write a proper one but I will try and update on this one. You don't have to read this whole email, I'm just using it as my weekly journal because I suck at writing in mine… nevertheless 


☀️Tuesday(7th) - Brazilian Dinner with Jene and Bruno. I got lost and we ran for 20 minutes to the wrong house. Also got to visit with Rosie who is so amazing! She was showing us all of her photos and we got adopted by her. 
☀️ Wednesday (8th) see previous email about this day
☀️ Thursday (9th) not much, helped a woman with her groceries and she brought us in a fed us fruit while telling us about our zodiac signs and how I was going to be broke and sister Pereira is going to marry rich. Also visited an elderly member and got attacked by her shiatsu Penny…
☀️ Friday (10th) exchanges with sister Jaganath! It was so much fun and Sister Pereira got barked at by a man in a van so she was barking back
☀️ Saturday (11th) finish Exchanges with Sister Jaganath and got so lost looking for a Dinner appointment but she fed Sister Pereira and I our body weight in Jallof Rice and we got to have some amazing conversations about Jesus Christ and His gospel and how it has changed our lives. Doris and Ekow are amazing!! 
☀️ Sunday (12th) one of my favorite baptisms of the mission! Vianny And Martin, who was married a month ago, got baptized together and it was so sweet! The spirit was so strong! 
☀️ Monday p-day in oxford which was soooo beautiful! The trees are all changing colors and it's making me feel like a true spooky boi. Stay tuned next week for pumpkin carvings. Also dinner at a members who fed us Feijoada (Pronounced fish water) and we had so much fun with them! 
☀️ Tuesday was tracking down a new member and I got to have one of the craziest experiences of my mission as we were trying to get to his flat. I also met God on the high street as we went to share a message with a man and he was very adamant that he was the person the message was about. Slough is so fun! 
☀️ Wednesday (boring so we skip)
☀️ Thursday exchanges with Sister Youaxa and we have so much fun finding and slough and I get to witness the finding machine In action as She's chasing people down the street insisting they at least take a card in case they change their mind! Amazing lessons and we got to do a game night At the chapel with our friends after we had to track down Sister Pereira and Mutshail Who missed all their busses 
☀️ Friday on a special referral from president to pick up a Book of Mormon and drop it off to a very specific person. Also, service with sister Monica and i get absolutely humbled by stinging nettle once again as we garden with her. We then have trifle and then Dinner appointment were we met the 14yr old cocker spaniel Vern. 
☀️ Saturday I die. So busy and so fun. New finding approaches and Chinese takeout for dinner 
☀️Sunday we had so many amazing friends come to church and then we got to drive to reading to witness the baptism of one of Sister Pereiras first friends on the mission which was so cool and elder Olivera literally doing God's work as he brought us lunch šŸ™šŸ„¹

I'm done now! No more. Be grateful. Read your scriptures 1 Peter 1 :9 is a cool one

 TIME IS TICKING Oh,  You want another email? From little ole’ me? But of course!  Look up the video of the barbie snail saying “open my shell? Happy Easter everyone!!!! Alrighty folks this is going to be a crazy one… or is it…. You decide šŸ«µ ☀️P-day in Hyde park which is always good! 10/10 good walk and saw some really big trees as well as a really cool rock! (District Leader is upset that we have the statue of Liberty and they just have a rock but I feel like it makes sense) ☀️Interviews on chewsday which is always so good! Sister Keeler and I got to tackle the trains and tubes together as we navigated into London and we made it there in one piece (not a reference) which is good! We finished the day with a DA at sister Lee's house where we learned so much about living off the land and got some chocolate eggs! ☀️I got to watch sister keeler get snap, crackle, popped by a chiropractor which was one of my favorite things to witness! ☀️ Weekly planning in a cafĆ© and tracking down some friends but we have this amazing friend Friday who went MIA, turns out he left his phone on a bus so it was gone for the week. You just got a letter, you just got a letter, you just got a letter, I wonder who it's from! A cracked out sister missionary in England that's who. It's been a great week here so let me begin the recount so you can have your weekly view into my mind (good luck)! ☀️P-day at the Park!!! We got to get in touch with our inner 12 year olds and play a bunch of group games as a district and run around the park before we somehow, unbeknownst to us, ended up in front of the ice-cream shop! So we really just had to stop in and grab a sundae… ☀️ ZONE CONFERENCE! Just so so good! We had So many amazing lessons and I really loved getting to see everyone again! ☀️We got to do some planning at the park and I finally got some watermelon with salt! Literally the best way to eat watermelon and don't hate until you've tried it! ☀️ We've been able to visit with some friends this week either for meals or at their homes and it has been so much fun!
